IAP Exchange
09 / Company

Built for the buyer.

IAP is built by a team with three decades of institutional governance, capital management and regulatory strategy. We solve the trust gap between models that work and deployments that are permitted.

09.1The Global Mandate

Trusted Transactions.

As financial institutions move from small AI pilots to scaled production, the entire capital markets ecosystem faces a critical new checkpoint. [1, 2]

“The future of trusted transactions will not depend only on knowing who someone is. It will also depend on understanding what they intended, what their AI agent was allowed to do and whether the action can be explained after the event.”

— World Economic Forum [1]

Governance is now a runtime problem.

The EU AI Act and the UK's Smart Data Framework both push in the same direction: transparency, auditability and explainability. Institutions can no longer point at a model and describe its output as an unavoidable property of the system.

The enforcement gap.

Financial infrastructure was built for human or API interaction. It has no negotiation layer for autonomous agents to settle risk without exposing proprietary info. IAP fills that role as a hardware-enforced trust layer.

09.2Leadership

Industry Tenure & Operational Background.

The founders sit with the risk and compliance officers who will be held accountable when agents fail.

Dal Heer

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Building IAP from the demand side of the problem, not the technology-side abstraction.

Dal runs private forums for chairs, CEOs, CROs, CCOs and NEDs across banking, asset management, fintech and insurance.

Those rooms are a live sensing mechanism for where AI governance has not kept pace and IAP came directly out of them, as a control layer rather than a standard.
